The Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory in collaboration with the Observatory DESC have released the report State of Housing 2021, a far-reaching analysis of the social rental sector in Catalonia and Barcelona and its metropolitan area within a context of Europe.
This report also discusses the challenges that need to be met in Catalonia and Spain regarding housing, as well as the possible solutions.
