A new edition of the Laboratory Supply and demand for rental housing. Trimestral data from estate agents, applied to data from the first trimester of 2022 for the City of Barcelona, the rest of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area and the rest of the metropolitan region.
This report, fruit of an agreement between the Observatory and the group Adevinta (Fotocasa and Habitacia), looks at announcement for housing (supply) and the enquiries made by the users of these two portals (demand). As well, it analyses the financial register of the Catalan Land Institute (INCASOL) that contains information regarding the rental contracts that are signed and the mandatory deposits they include.
