Laboratory that analyzes the results of the questionnaire ‘Living in lockdown’, launched by the O-HB the past May. It shows the results about the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the housing demand, it analyzes the active demand and latent housing demand and it examines the characteristics of the active demand as well as it’s needs and preferences after the lockdown.
