Fifth annual report by the O-HB. A document reviewing the housing status during 2021, a year marked by the end of COVID-19 and the arrival of a powerful inflationary crisis. Both situations are the starting point for an analysis that focuses on three themes: residential exclusion – access and permanence in housing and evictions – rental and shopping. It takes as its reference three territorial areas: the city of Barcelona, its metropolitan area and the demarcation.
