Fourth annual report produced by the O-HB, which analyzes the state of housing during 2020, with a focus on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis is based on the updating of the indicators of the previous reports and the incorporation of new ones, as a result of the pandemic. All taking as reference the following territorial areas: Barcelona, the total and the rest of the metropolitan area of Barcelona and the total and the rest of the demarcation.
