The annual report of the Observatori Metropolità de l’Habitatge de Barcelona (O-HB), in its 2024 edition, focuses on housing affordability and access difficulties. These are two different and complementary approaches, which allow for a more detailed analysis of the effects resulting from the trend of divergence between average household incomes and the average housing price that has been occurring since the beginning of the century.
