Number 66 of Papers magazine has as its guiding thread the rental housing policies in the 21st century. The publication makes an in-depth analysis of recent years of legislation to the present and future effects of approved policies.
Coordinated by Jordi Bosch and our co-director Carles Donat, it has specialized authors from all over that allow an international vision of the situation.
The monographic number consists of 10 articles that are structured in three blocks: a first one consisting of four articles that examine the difficulties of accessing a rental home and being able to maintain it at different scales, from an international perspective to a more local one in the metropolis of Barcelona; a second one with four other articles that analyze the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of the different instruments of housing policy in discussion, including a recent block of rents.
