The researcher Max Gigling carries out an analysis of the impact of Law 11/2020 on the rental market in the demarcation of Barcelona. To do so, it focuses on analyzing four of the possible consequences of the law: the evolution of the price of rent; the evolution of high rents (more than 20% above the average price of the previous three years); and that of economic rents (more than 20% below the average price of the previous 3 years); and houses not rented six months after the end of the last contract.
