The Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory announces its laboratory Structure and concentration of home ownership in Barcelona 2019-2020, a document that analyses the ownership of housing stock and the rental housing stock in the City of Barcelona.
This document was drawn up with support from Barcelona CIty Council, the Urban Agenda and Territorial Secretariat, and the Catalan Land Institute (INCASOL). This laboratory highlights the situation of large owners and analyses the differing role of natural persons and legal entities as owners.
