he Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory uses personal data to promote its services, projects and activities, which includes, above all, data on people attending workshops, meetings and any other of the events the BMHO organises, on experts in the housing sector, participants in surveys, suppliers, and people related to its projects and activities, and on its commercial, corporative and institutional relationships and contacts. 

 

The Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory guarantees a proper level of protection for the personal data corresponding to natural persons in accordance with the General Regulation for Data Protection (679/2016) and Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and the safeguarding of digital rights. Likewise, the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory adopts all appropriate security measures to protect the personal data of all interested parties.
