Laboratory analysing rents during the second trimester of 2023 using data on supply and demand obtained from the property portals Habitaclia and Fotocasa, and data on rental deposits placed with the Catalan Land Institute (INCASÒL).
This laboratory focuses on the evolution of the number of rental dwellings and the average monthly rents (supply and demand) in Barcelona, the rest of its metropolitan area, the rest of the province and Catalonia as a whole.
