Laboratory that analyzes the characteristics of the effective demand for housing: people or households who are actively looking for housing during the second semester of 2023. The data are extracted from two surveys, on the one hand, the data on the demand volume and demographic profile are taken from GESOP’s Omnibus survey and the rest of the information comes from a non-necessarily representative panel of individuals managed by an external company.
The data refer to the geographical areas of the metropolitan area and Catalonia.
