First annual report prepared by the O-HB, which presents the state of housing during 2016. It analyzes the main trends in housing from the system of indicators of the O-HB, taking as a reference the territorial areas of: Barcelona, the total and the rest of the metropolitan area of Barcelona and the total and the rest of the demarcation. In some indicators, the detail of the districts and neighborhoods of Barcelona is deepened. The main indicators analyzed are the housing needs of the population, the state of the park, the dynamics of residential construction, the operations of buying and selling and renting, the problems of permanence and access and policies.
