Second annual report prepared by the O-HB, presenting the state of housing during 2018. The analysis is based on the updating of the indicators of the previous report (housing needs, state of the housing stock, dynamics of residential construction, sales operations and new rental contracts, problems of permanence and access and policies) and on the incorporation of new ones. Taking as reference the following territorial areas: Barcelona, the total and the rest of the metropolitan area of Barcelona and the total and the rest of the province.
