Impact of Law 11/2020 on the rental market in the Barcelona region (extended version)

Laboratory that analyzes the impact that Law 11/2020, of September 18, has had on the rental market in the demarcation of Barcelona, on urgent measures regarding income withholding in housing lease contracts. And specifically, what has been the impact on the evolution of prices, the number of rental contracts and the volume of rental homes. The report analyzes the situation in the entire demarcation of Barcelona from September 2019 (one year before the entry into force of the law) until March 2022 (a year and a half after that entry into force).
