Physical condition and potential for improvement of the Barcelona housing stock

Laboratory that offers exhaustive information on the physical and energetic state of the city’s housing stock, its socio-economic characterization and its potential for improvement with energy renovations based on passive strategies (actions in the envelope) and active ones (air conditioning and energy production). The aim of the study was to build an extensive geolocated database with all available information on the housing stock and its potential for improvement, and to examine the feasibility of applying for calls for rehabilitation aid of Next Generation EU funds.
