The ‘Strategies and rehabilitation potential’ laboratory is a structural project of the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory (O-HB). It aims to learn about and study the renovation of the park built in the municipality of Barcelona. And that has been analyzed and published over the last few years.
This year’s edition proposes a change of scale and specifies the research of this project towards a specific typology of real estate: the analysis of single-ownership estates, those buildings in Barcelona in which all their homes are in the hands of the same owner.
