Second edition of the property structure laboratory in the demarcation of Barcelona, which aims to provide periodic information on the volume and distribution of rental housing ownership in the province of Barcelona. The study analyzes the relationship between owners and rented homes according to the number of homes owned and the type of owner, based on the operation of the Deposit Register of the Catalan Soil Institute (INCASÒL) in 01/ 01/2023.
Results are shown both for the demarcation as a whole and for its territorial subareas (Barcelona, Rest of the Barcelona metropolitan area, Subtotal of the Barcelona metropolitan area, Rest of the demarcation and Total of the demarcation).
In addition to the laboratory, there is a statistical annex in Excel format where all the data can be downloaded.
