Laboratory that analyzes the rent in Barcelona and the rest of the metropolitan territory from January to July 2020 (full effect of the COVID-19 pandemic), through supply and demand data from the real estate portals of habitaclia and Fotocasa. The laboratory focuses on the evolution of the volume and average monthly price of supply and demand for rental housing. It is the objective of the O-HB to offer this new line of research on a regular basis.
