As part of the ENHR 2022 congress in Barcelona, the team from the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory presented the results of its laboratory on the physical state and potential for improvement of the housing stock in Barcelona.
The presentation Potential for the renovation of residential buildings in the City of Barcelona in relation to Next Generation funds was given by the architects Alba Alsina, Aleix Arcarons and Mireia Sender during a workshop devoted to energetic efficiency and environmental sustainability in housing.
