The impact of the housing law passed by the Catalan Parliament in 2020 is analysed in the laboratory Impact of Law 11/2020 on the rental market in the province of Barcelona drawn up by the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory.
In conjunction with the Catalan Land Institute (INCASOL), this laboratory analyses the evolution of rental and housing prices on the market throughout the province of Barcelona between September 2019 (a year before the law came into force) and March 2022 (a year and a half after it was passed).
