Held on December 12 at the Parliament of Catalonia
The Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory (O-HB) has participated in the Commission of Inquiry on the Accumulation of Real Estate by Certain Entities at the request of the Parliament of Catalonia.
The intervention was made by Carles Donat, Co-Director of the O-HB, who focused on explaining the main data of the HPO park and the structure and concentration of ownership of the rental housing park, both in Barcelona as in the demarcation. And in the case of the HPO, he also explained data from Catalonia.
