On March 24th, the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory (O-HB) took part in a new session of the Non-Permanent Commission for the Study of Housing Issues at Barcelona’s City Council.
During the session, data and reflections were provided on the implementation of rent regulation in the city. Specifically, the O-HB presented the quantification of short-term rentals and their impact on housing prices as well as an analysis of short-term rental regulation in Europe.
At O-HB, we remain committed to continuing to provide indicators that contribute to more effective and equitable public policies in the field of housing.
